CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Michael Dlamini has resigned as Non-Executive
Director of Sanyati with immediate effect, in order to devote more time to other
business interests. The Board wishes to thank Michael for his valued
contributions to Sanyati and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
