DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AIP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ADCOCK INGRAM
HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS LIMITED (AIP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 78 cents per AIPNIB share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 21 June 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 10 June 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 11 June 2010 and the
record date will be Friday, 18 June 2010.
