CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Company are advised that by mutual agreement,
Mr Steven Karele has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer as well as a
director of AMAP effective 30 June 2010.
We thank Steven for his contribution during his many years of service with
the Company and wish him the best with his endeavors into the future.
