Limited shareholders` attention is drawn to the announcement published on
SENS on 19 May 2010 regarding the acquisition of Aviocean (Pty) Ltd ("Aviocean")
and are advised that Mr. GH Gerber and Mr. SJ Chisholm have been appointed
directors of Aviocean with immediate effect.
Shareholders are also advised that Mr. S Donner, currently an executive
director of Santova, has become a non-executive director with immediate
effect.
