REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
At the annual general meetings of Trencor and Mobile held today, all the
ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meetings were approved by the
requisite majority of votes. The special resolutions will now be lodged with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration.
