NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
PSG Group and PSG Financial Services shareholders are hereby advised that PSG
Group`s 2010 annual report, containing the audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 28 February 2010, is being dispatched to shareholders today,
and contains no modifications to the reviewed results which were announced on
SENS on Monday, 19 April 2010. The annual report will also be available at
www.psggroup.co.za.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meetings of PSG Group and PSG
Financial Services will be held at The Venue at Webersburg, Webersburg Wines,
Annandale Road, Stellenbosch on Friday, 18 June 2010 at 12h00 and 08h45
respectively to transact the business as set out in the notices of the Annual
General Meetings contained in the annual report.
