Paladin shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2010 annual report,
containing the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28
February 2010, is being dispatched to shareholders today, and contains no
modifications to the reviewed results which were announced on SENS on Tuesday,
13 April 2010. The annual report will also be available at
www.paladincapital.co.za.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Paladin will be held
at the Venue at Webersburg, Webersburg Wines, Annandale Road, Stellenbosch on
Friday, 18 June 2010 at 11h30 to transact the business as set out in the notice
of the Annual General Meeting contained in the annual report.
