Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcement dated 10 March
2010 and 14 April 2010 respectively, and are advised that certain negotiations
referred to therein are still in progress. Shareholders are accordingly advised
to continue to exercise caution in dealing with Bonatla shares until a further
announcement in this regard is made.
