DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBER 130 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that cash dividend number 130 on the 6% cumulative
preference shares ("preference shares") for the six months ending 30 June 2010
at the rate of 6% per annum, (6 cents per preference share), will be paid on
Monday, 28 June 2010 to all preference shareholders recorded in the register of
the company at the close of business on Friday, 25 June 2010.
