ITS SHAREHOLDERS ("THE SCHEME")
Shareholders of CET and Dynamic are hereby advised that the result of the
scheme, which became operative on 31 May 2010 is as follows:

Shareholders are reminded that the scheme consideration will be paid or posted
to certificated scheme participants, if their documents of title were received

participants, held at their CSDP or broker, will be updated on Monday, 31 May
2010.
The listing of CET shares will be terminated at the commencement of trading on
Tuesday, 1 June 2010 and Dynamic will henceforth be named Cape Empowerment
Limited (Share code: CAP, ISIN code: ZAE0001450066).
