RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Universal held on Monday, 31 May 2010 (in terms of the notice of annual general
meeting contained in the Universal annual report issued on 30 March 2010) all of
the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of Universal shareholders.
