DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TON SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TONGAAT HULETT LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to TONGAAT HULETT
LIMITED (TON) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 175 cents per TONNID share instalment that is payable on
Thursday, 22 July 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 July 2010. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 July 2010 and the record date
will be Friday, 16 July 2010.
