DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE FOS SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for FOSCHINI LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to FOSCHINI LIMITED (FOS)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
170 cents per FOSNID share instalment that is payable on Monday, 12 July 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 2 July 2010. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 July 2010 and the record date
will be Friday, 9 July 2010.
