institutional investors and analysts yesterday in Johannesburg; a copy of which

that Illovo is hosting, over two days, a site visit to the Nakambala operations
of Zambia Sugar Plc, an Illovo subsidiary, for key institutional investors and
analysts. No new material information will be presented during the site visit.
