CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with sections 3.84 (c) and 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr J M Judin, currently an
independent non-executive director of Nu-world, has been appointed as lead
independent director to the board of Nu-World with immediate effect.
Mr. J M Judin (63) has served as a non-executive director of the company for 21
years. The board has satisfied itself of Mr Judin`s independence as outlined in
the Companies Act No. 61 of 1973, as amended, and the King 3 Code on Corporate
Governance.
