Shareholders are advised that Optimum Coal has hosted a number of analysts at
Koornfontein and Optimum Collieries in Mpumalanga today. The site visit included
a surface tour of the Koornfontein infrastructure as well as of the Optimum
Collieries operations, including the Pullenshope opencast mining area and Coal
Processing Plant. No new material information was presented in respect of
current trading or future financial performance of the company.
