SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Notice is hereby given that the directors have declared a special dividend of 75
cents per share. The reason for the dividend is that HAHL has surplus cash at
its disposal.
The following dates are applicable:
Last day to trade Friday, 25 June 2010
Shares commence trading "ex" dividend Monday, 28 June 2010
Record date Friday, 2 July 2010
Payment date Monday, 5 July 2010
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
28 June 2010 and Friday, 2 July 2010, both days inclusive.
