In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given of the appointment of Funani Mojono, as an
independent non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Funani, a chemical engineer, is currently general manger of Arcelor Mittal Coke
and Chemicals. He has extensive experience in waste recycling, supply chain
management and business improvement.
The directors of Interwaste Holdings welcome Funani to the board and look
forward to a long and valued working relationship with him.
