Dividend Announcement
The directors of HCI have resolved to declare ordinary dividend number 41 of 60
cents per HCI share. The last day to trade cum distribution will be Friday 2nd
July 2010. HCI shares will commence trading ex dividend as from Monday, 5th July
2010 and the record date will be Friday, 9th July 2010. The dividend will be
paid on Monday, 12th July 2010. Share certificates may not be dematerialized or
rematerialized between Monday 5th July 2010 and Friday, 9th July 2010, both days
inclusive.
