ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE LISTING OF THE ORDINARY SHARES IN THE ISSUED SHARE
CAPITAL OF LIFE HEALTHCARE GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED ("LIFE HEALTHCARE") AND
REMINDER OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of ordinary shares and preference shares of Mvela Group ("Shareholders")
are referred to Mvela Group`s announcements released on the Securities Exchange
News Service ("SENS") on Tuesday, 18 May 2010 and Thursday, 3 June 2010 as well
as the announcements by Life Healthcare released on SENS on Thursday, 3 June
2010 and today regarding, inter alia, the anticipated listing date of Life
Healthcare on the JSE Limited ("the JSE").
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised that 389,273,713 Life Healthcare ordinary
shares have been placed at a price of R13.50 and that the expected date of
listing of Life Healthcare, subject to, inter alia, the achievement of a
shareholder spread acceptable to the JSE, will be Thursday, 10 June 2010.
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated Monday, 8 March
2010 and the renewals thereof on Friday, 23 April 2010 and Tuesday, 18 May 2010,
and are reminded that they should continue to exercise caution when dealing in
Mvela Group securities until a further announcement is made.
