CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listing Requirements, the
Board of SELCo Ltd is pleased to advise that it has appointed, effective today,
Mr William Mahlangu as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Mr Mahlangu has 14
years` experience in local Government and currently serves as a Ward Councillor
for the City of Tshwane, and serves on the Roads and Transport Portfolio. He is
also a member of the Municipality of Moretele Development Agency and has served
on the Magalies Water Board for the past nine years. He brings to the Company a
wealth of community and management experience and the Board looks forward to his
council in days to come.
