APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHAIRMAN OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr PA Watt, the chairman of the
Company, has been appointed as acting chairman of the audit committee with
effect from 1 June 2010, following the appointment of Mr AC Farthing, the
previous chairman of the audit committee, as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO")
of the Company, as announced on SENS on 9 April 2010.
The Company has identified and is in the process of appointing an additional
independent non-executive director who will replace Mr Watt as chairman of the
audit committee.
