RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Dr. DWR Hertzog
("Dirk") has resigned as non-executive director and as member of the audit and
risk committee of the Company, with effect from Monday, 7 June 2010.
The board wishes to thank Dirk for his valued contributions during his tenure
as a non-executive director of the Company and bid him well with his future
endeavours.
