RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders of
KayDav held on Tuesday, 8 June 2010 (in terms of the notice of annual general
meeting contained in the KayDav annual report issued on 18 March 2010) all of
the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of KayDav shareholders.
