HCI shareholders are advised that Tsogo has released its unqualified, audited
financial results for the year ended 31 March 2010 on SENS under the JSE
Limited`s ("JSE") general code, which announcement will be published in the
press tomorrow, Thursday 10 June 2010. The publication of Tsogo`s financial
results is in fulfillment of one of the JSE`s conditions related to the listing
of the consideration shares for the proposed merger of Tsogo and Gold Reef
Resorts Limited as set out in section 6.4 of the HCI circular to shareholders
dated 3 April 2010.
