VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE OF DEALING IN SECURITIES BY A BEE PARTNER
Shareholders are referred to the Circular to Shareholders, dated 15 November
2005, relating to the Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") transaction, which
requires the BEE parties to utilise all distributions to acquire additional
ordinary shares in Discovery in the market. Shareholders are accordingly advised
of the following purchases of Discovery ordinary shares by one of Discovery`s
BEE partners, WDB Discovery Investments (Pty) Limited ("WDB Investments"):
In November 2009, 197 845 shares were purchased at an average price of R31.84 of
which the transaction value was R6 299 553.10
In June 2010, 177 250 shares were purchased at an average price of R35.09, of
which the transaction value was R6 220 427.75
