CANCELLATION OF ADJOURNED GENERAL MEETING OF ADCOCK SHAREHOLDERS
Adcock shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 9 April
2010 relating to the adjournment of the general meeting of Adcock shareholders
("the adjourned general meeting") and the notice of general meeting dated 17
March 2010 ("the notice of general meeting").
Shareholders are informed that the board of directors of Adcock has resolved to
withdraw the special resolution contained in the notice of general meeting and
this being the only resolution to be proposed at the adjourned meeting, such
adjourned meeting has been cancelled.
