ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Annual Financial Statements of the company
were posted on Friday, 11 June 2010. There have been no changes to the
preliminary results for the year ended 28 February 2010 that was released on
SENS 20 April 2010. PKF (Jhb) Inc. audited the results and the Annual Financial
Statements of Altech and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting of the company will be
held at 15:00 on Wednesday, 07 July 2010 at the registered office of the company
in the boardroom, 79 Central Street, Houghton, Johannesburg. The notice of the
meeting is contained in the abovementioned Annual Financial Statements.
