APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 11 May 2010 advising
shareholders that Faritec, in its capacity as a creditor of Faritec Enterprise
Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Faritec Enterprise Solutions") had filed for the
liquidation of Faritec Enterprise Solutions, Faritec`s wholly owned operating
subsidiary.
Shareholders are advised that ANTRUST (PTY) LTD has been appointed as liquidator
to Faritec Enterprise Solutions.
Given that trading of Faritec shares have been suspended the existing cautionary
announcement is withdrawn as it is no longer applicable in the current
circumstances.
