CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Zaptronix`s shareholders are hereby notified of the appointment of
Dr Michael Freestone as Chief Executive Officer to the board, effective 15
June 2010.
Dr Freestone is a member of the Institute of Directors, completed his MBA at
Cardiff University and received his DBA from the University of New York. He
has substantial financial and commercial experience. Dr Freestone has owned
his own consultancy firm for the last 6 years and has consulted for CellSecure
Holdings Limited, C&R Brand Solutions Limited, Astrotech Training and
Consultancy (Pty) Limited, Chesterton Industries SA and CAMEC PLC. Previous
board positions held include CETL (UK), Broron Technologies and Zambesi Coal.
Prior to owning his own consultancy firm, he worked for Anglo Platinum Limited,
STK and AMA Ltd.,
The board of Zaptronix is proud in welcoming Dr Freestone to the board and
