results which were published on SENS on 18 May 2010 and in the press on 19 May
2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held at the registered office of the Company, 11A Grace Road, Mountainview,
Observatory, Johannesburg at 09:30 on Tuesday, 22 June 2010.
