CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Rodney Coe has, after 26 years in the Group,
decided to retire as the financial director of the Company, effective 30
September 2010.
Furthermore, shareholders are advised that Mark Godfrey who has been with the
Group for 14 years has been appointed as the new financial director of the
Company, effective 1 October 2010. Mark has held a number of financial positions
during his career in SPAR.
We wish to thank Rodney for the important role he has played in the Group`s
success during his tenure with SPAR.
