NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND REVISED NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2010 and notice of
annual general meeting, was posted to Sovereign shareholders on Monday 21 June
2010 and contains no changes to the financial results which were announced on
SENS and in the press on Wednesday, 5 May 2010 and Thursday, 6 May 2010
respectively ("the Results Announcement").
The annual financial statements were audited by PKF (PE) Inc. and their
unmodified audit report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered
office.
Further to the Results Announcement, shareholders are advised that the annual
general meeting of the Company will be held at 09:00 on Thursday, 13 July 2010
at a new location being the Company`s boardroom at First Floor, Block B,
Aeropark, Port Elizabeth.
A copy of the Company`s annual report for the year ended 28 February 2010 has
been made available on the Company`s website at www.sovereignfoods.co.za.
