RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN AND APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHAIRMAN TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of ICCH announces that Mr Jack Colin Human has
resigned as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
The board wishes to thank Mr Human for the invaluable contribution and guidance
he provided towards the restructuring of ICCH the past year.
Mr Malcolm Pryor, appointed to the board as Non-Executive Director since June
2009, will take up the position as Acting Non-Executive Chairman.
Malcolm Pryor has over 35 years` experience in the finance services industry. He
is an Executive Director, President and CEO of Southern African Enterprise
Development Fund ("SAEDF"). Prior to joining SAEDF in 2006, he was the Chairman
of Pryor, Counts & Co., a leading minority-owned investment banking and
brokerage firm with offices in six cities.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Economics from Howard
University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of
Pennsylvania`s Wharton School.
