APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY
On Friday, 18 June 2010 the board of directors appointed Debra (Debbie) Muller
as Company Secretary to replace Gary Lea, following his appointment as Finance
Director of the Pick n Pay Retail Division.
Debbie graduated from UCT with a BA LlB, and was admitted as an attorney in
1988. From 1994 she assisted Pick n Pay as a legal consultant and during this
time built up a great relationship with the company. In 2006 Debbie was
appointed as the in-house legal advisor, responsible for all legal, contractual
and compliance matters.
