DECLARED ORDINARY AND SPECIAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON TELKOM SA LIMITED HOT
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("TKGIHF")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Telkom SA Limited
have declared an ordinary dividend of 125 cents and a special dividend of 175
cents per installment share payable on Monday, 19 July 2010, to ordinary
shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on
Friday, 16 July 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
TKGIHF, will receive a Telkom SA Limited ordinary dividend of 125 cents and a
special dividend of 175 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 19 July
2010, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the
holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the special
dividend) in order to participate in the ordinary dividend will be Friday, 09
July 2010.
TKGIHF HOT Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the ordinary
dividend from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 July 2010 and the
record date will be Friday, 16 July 2010.
