CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TBS SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for TIGER BRANDS
LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating to
TIGER BRANDS LIMITED (TBS) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a
capital reduction amount of 270 cents per TBSNIF share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 12 July 2010.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 2 July 2010. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 5 July 2010,
the record date will be Friday, 9 July 2010.
