RESULTS of GENERAL MEETING - PROPOSED NAME CHANGE
Shareholders are advised that the special resolution authorising the directors
of Highveld to change the Corporation`s name to Evraz Highveld Steel and
Vanadium Limited, proposed at the general meeting of Highveld shareholders held
today 22 June 2010, was passed with the requisite majority.
The special resolutions will be lodged with CIPRO in due course.
