on the above company`s Reviewed Provisional Results for the year ended 28
February 2010 has been disclaimed. The company`s listing on the JSE TRADELECT
system has been annotated with a "D" to indicate that the auditor`s report is
disclaimed and that the company`s listing is possibly under threat of suspension
and/or termination. Shareholders are advised to refer to the company`s SENS
announcement of 21 April 2010 to ascertain the details of the disclaimer.
