CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of KCM hereby notifies its shareholders that Koos
Pieterse has tendered his resignation as non-executive director with effect from
the close of business Monday, 7 June 2010.
The board thanks Koos for his contribution to the company and wishes him well in
his future endeavors.
