RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
Combined unit holders are advised that at the annual general meetings of
shareholders and debenture holders of Hyprop convened on Tuesday, 22 June 2010,
all resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders and
debenture holders save for:
- shareholder ordinary resolutions 8 and 9;and
- debenture holder ordinary resolution 1 and special resolution 2
in respect of the placing of unissued combined units under the control of the
directors and the issue of combined units for cash, which were withdrawn by
Hyprop prior to the meeting.
