Pursuant to paragraph 3.22 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, shareholders
are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2010 have been distributed to shareholders today, 22 June 2010, and contain no
modifications to the results included in Audited Group Results which were
released on SENS on 31 May 2010.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Pursuant to the Appendix to Section 11 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE,
notice is hereby given that the 95th Annual General Meeting of members will be
held at the registered office of the company, Illovo Sugar Park, 1 Montgomery
Drive, Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal on Wednesday, 21 July 2010 at 14:00, to
transact the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which
forms part of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2010.
