No change statement and posting of annual financial statements
Shareholders are hereby advised that Dialogue`s 2009 annual report, which
includes the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009 as
audited by BDO Incorporated (previously known as BDO Spencer Steward (Cape)
Incorporated), whose unqualified report is available for inspection at the
Company`s registered office, is being dispatched to shareholders today, and
contains no modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on
Thursday, 1 April 2010.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Dialogue shareholders
will be held at 11:00 on Thursday, 22 July 2010, at ContinuitySA, Reception B,
62 Old Pretoria Road, Midrand, Johannesburg to transact the business as set out
in the notice of the Annual General Meeting contained in the annual report.
