INFLATION X DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the previous announcement detailing a possible quarterly distribution
by Bips Inflation-X to holders of Bips Inflation-X Securities, the manager and
trustees (namely Bips Investment Managers (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited)
have resolved to make a quarterly distribution to holders of Bips Inflation-X
securities for the quarter ended 30 June 2010. The distribution will:
* amount to 15.56 cents (R0.1556) per Bips Inflation-X security;
* be constituted 15.56 cents (R0.1556) in respect of interest;
* be made to all holders of Bips Inflation-X securities recorded in the
register on 02 July 2010; and
* be effected on 05 July 2010
Pursuant to the sliding management fee structure currently in place certain
qualifying investors will be entitled to receive a discount in order to offset
the maximum management fee of 39bps currently charged to investors by Bips
Investment Managers (Pty) Limited via the Inflation-X fund. This discount will
be paid directly to qualifying investors` respective CSDP accounts and will be
accompanied by a credit note issued by Bips Investment Managers (Pty) Limited
disclosing the details thereof. For more information on the Inflation-X sliding
