ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the "Reviewed financial results for the year ended
31 December 2009" announcements made by Dynamic Cables RSA Limited and Cape
Empowerment Trust Limited on 30 March 2010 and are advised that the annual
financial statements in respect of these companies, which merged with effect
from 1 June 2010, are being posted to shareholders on 23 June 2010. These
contain no significant modifications to the reviewed unaudited provisional
results that were published on SENS on 30 March 2010.
The annual financial statements were audited by the company`s auditors, Grant
Thornton DBN. Their unqualified audit report is available for inspection at the
company`s registered office, 2nd Floor, Sunclare Building, Dreyer Street,
Claremont, Cape Town.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will take
place at 15h00 on Thursday, 16 September 2010 at 5 Fitzmaurice Avenue, Epping,
Cape Town to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the annual financial statements.
