CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Chief Financial Officer of Medi-Clinic, Mr Gerhard Swiegers, has for
lifestyle reasons decided to step out of his position around September this
year. Shareholders will be advised of the exact date at a later stage.
The Board of Medi-Clinic has appointed Mr Craig Tingle as his successor. He has
been the Chief Financial Officer of Medi-Clinic`s interests in Dubai for the
last four years. Mr Tingle was also the Chief Financial Officer of Medi-Clinic
from 1992 to 1999 and remained a non-executive director of the company from 1999
until he became the Chief Financial Officer in Dubai.
The Board wishes to express heartfelt thanks to Mr Swiegers for his huge
contribution to the Group over many years and wishes Mr Tingle all the best in
his new position.
