DECLARED CAPITAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON DATATEC LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("DTCIDH")
With reference to the capital distribution, the Directors of Datatec Limited
have declared a capital distribution of 90 cents per ordinary share payable
on Monday, 12 July 2010 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 09 July 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, DTCIDH,
will receive a Datatec Limited capital distribution of 90 cents per security
on Monday, 12 July 2010 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade in order to participate in the distribution will be Friday, 02 July
2010.
DTCIDH Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 05 July 2010, and
the record date will be Friday, 09 July 2010.
