RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of Calgro M3 advises that, at the Annual General Meeting of
shareholders held on 23 June 2010, all the resolutions as set out in the notice
of Annual General Meeting contained in the company`s Annual Report for the year
ended 28 February 2010, were duly approved by the requisite majority of Calgro
M3 shareholders.
The relevant special resolution will be submitted to CIPRO for registration.
