DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON REMGRO LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("REMIHE")
With reference to the final dividend announcement, the Directors of Remgro
Limited have declared an final dividend of 125 cents per ordinary share payable
on Monday, 23 August 2010 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 20 August 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
REMIHE, will receive a Remgro Limited final dividend of 125 cents per security
payable on Monday, 23 August 2010, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated
in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 13 August 2010.
REMIHE Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 16 August 2010, and the record date
will be Friday, 20 August 2010.
