SPECIAL DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TKG SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the special dividend amount payable for TELKOM SA
LIMITED and that as a result of the special dividend declaration relating to
TELKOM SA LIMITED (TKG) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a
special dividend amount of 175 cents per TKGNNE share instalment that is payable
on Monday, 19 July 2010.
The last day to trade cum special dividend is Friday, 9 July 2010. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex special dividend from Monday, 12 July 2010,
the record date will be Friday, 16 July 2010.
